Care/Personal Assistant Direct Payment, Littleover area Derby Ref DERBK0407
This position is to support a young male in the community, social activities and social events which enable him to live supported in his own home.
It is essential that you have experience in L.D. & Autism. Have a full driving license and access to a car.
We work on a two week rota. Extra shifts available to cover holidays.
Additional tasks maybe required on occasions. There is no personal hygiene help needed.
Week 1
- Monday -17.30-20.45 (meds inc)
- Wednesday - 13:00 – 16:00
- Friday – 17:30 – 20:45 (meds inc)
- Saturday – 8:15 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
- Sunday 8:15 – 12:00
Week 2
- Monday -17.30-20.45 (meds inc)
- Wednesday - 13:00 – 16:00
- Friday – 17:30 – 20:45 (meds inc)
- Saturday – 8:15 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
- Sunday 8:15 – 12:00
Working times/hours may vary, therefore flexibility is required. There will also be additional hours covering other staff.
