Carer Personal Assistant Direct Payment, Cotgrave of Nottingham, NOTHN2302

This position is supporting a lady in the COTGRAVE area of NOTTINGHAM

The role consists of supporting a lady in her own home near Nottingham who is young at heart and has Multiple Sclerosis,. The vacancy is to join a team of 2 Personal Assistants providing support across the week. The role will include personal care routine, moving and handling, household tasks, food/drinks preparation and to support with daily living tasks.

The ideal candidate will have good communication, positive personality, caring, able to use own initiative and have a mature outlook in life. You will need to be a confident and competent.  It would be an advantage if you enjoying cooking and baking. Experience of care work would be beneficial but full on-the-job training will be given if transferable skills can be demonstrated.

This is a permanent contract.

Working Hours –

Wednesday  8am – 4.30pm

Saturday 8am to 2pm (times maybe flexible)

With the opportunity to provide additional hours during periods of holiday cover and sickness

Benefits 
Salary: £10.96 per hour

5.6 weeks pro rata holiday allowance
