Personal Assistant
We are looking for personal assistant to support a gentleman in the Carlton area. Our employer is sociable, has a good sense of humour, an eclectic taste in music, enjoys good food, comedy and movies. He also has 1 Cocker Spaniel, an interest in current affairs and football. If you are in good health, physically fit, have similar characteristics to our employer, can drive an automatic van and have some experience in care, we would love to hear from you. Experience delivering tetraplegia support would be an advantage.
The role includes support to complete everyday tasks including personal care, meal prep, bladder and bowel management, attending appointments and accessing the community,
You would be joining a team of Personal Assistants to deliver one to one care across the week. We are recruiting for 3 shifts where support is delivered 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday (full day or half day available), 1 night shift 9pm to 8am between a Monday to Thursday and one weekend shift 8am to 7pm on either Saturday or Sunday. Fixed rota pattern to be agreed in advance.
The day rate is £12.25
The weekend rate is £12.75
The night rate is £10.45
Benefits
Salary: £11.60 to £12.40 per hour
5.6 weeks pro rata holiday allowance
